This Luxury villa will sleep 12. Our home has sx bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and is beautifully decorated. Our vacation villa is well equipped with everything needed for a fabulous vacation including a kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances, toaster, coffee machine,and flat screen TVs. Our vacation villa offers free high speed Wi-Fi. Wow, 4 private suites, Master on the ground floor, other 3 upstairs. Large private pool with spa and extended covered lanai with ceiling fans. Emerald Island offers a clubhouse with fitness center, resort style pool, spa, Tiki Bar, playground, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, walking trail, just a few minutes from Disney.

As you enter your vacation home, you will be greeted by a Sitting Area tucked neatly at the front of the home. A large comfy sofa is placed in the Sitting Area for a moment alone to read or nap!

The Formal Dining Area seats up to Six (6) guests comfortably. There is a pass-through window from the Kitchen for easy table preparation. In the fabulous Kitchen, you have Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Cookware, Dinnerware and plenty of space to make a family meal or a quick snack.

Additional Dining Seating at the Eat In Kitchen offers Seating for Four (4) ensures you can accommodate all your friends & family at mealtime.

The main Living Area boasts two Leather Sofas and a Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV for your comfort and enjoyment. Both the main Living Area and Kitchen give you views of the Pool Area with access to the Pool Area from the Kitchen.

The grand Pool Area boasts an oversize Pool with a Spa, a covered Lanai with Patio Seating, Sun Loungers and a Pool Safety Fence

The resort community is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, flowers and shrubbery all within a protected woodland and wetland preserve. The Emerald Isle Resort clubhouse includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, communal fitness room/gym, internet room and a video arcade. The pool deck offers a Tiki bar for your enjoyment.
