How do I make a reservation?
Book your reservation today online, send us an email at (admin@orlando4villas.com) call us toll free UK: 0800-999-3173 or Toll free U.S. 1-888-648-3173. Please feel free to reserve your property using the service that is most convenient.
 
I am from Canada/USA, how will you take my payment?
Payment can be mailed by regular post, Purolator Canada, Fed X from the USA and major Credit Cards are accepted. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN USA DOLLARS
 
How much deposit is required to secure the Booking?
To secure a home you will be required to pay a Non Refundable £200.00/$360.00 or 20% deposit whichever is greater
 
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No, your confirmation will apply ADP (Accidental Damage Plan)

 

When will the final Balance be due?
Your balance must be current 10 weeks prior to arrival
 
Do I get a confirmation once I have paid my deposit?
Yes, once you have secured your deposit a reservation confirmation will be sent via email. You can also retrieve this information by logging into My Reservation through our online portal
 
When will I receive the information regarding the home?
Once full Payment has been secured you will then receive all the information to locate and access your chosen Vacation home
 
Will I be given the details of a local management company?
Yes, information on the local management company will be provided for you. You can also retrieve this information by logging into My Reservation and then clicking My Documents through our online portal
 
What happens if I book my villa but cannot get a flight?
It is highly recommended to ensure your preferred method of travel is available prior to reserving your accommodations
 
 
What if there is a problem during my holiday?
It is in your best interest and the owner’s interest to fix any problems immediately. Contact information for the owner or their local representative should be included in pre arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any challenges

What happens when I leave?
Check out policies will be provided for you either in your travel documents or inside of your selected vacation rental. Since cleaning standards vary, it is important to know how much the owners expect you to clean up prior to departure. At minimum, the rental should be left tidy. Your vacation rental will be inspected upon your departure. In the event you have paid a refundable deposit, once the vacation rental is cleared without any damages your refund will be processed in 21 days
